Cardiac Rehab and Wellness
The Cardiac Rehab program at SVRMC is a three step program for patients with cardiovascular disease and those recovering from cardiac surgery. The program of monitored exercise and education safely restores the patient to his/her normal activity.
Phase III of the Cardiac Rehab or Wellness is a very affordable supervised exercise program for members of our Senior Circle.

Occupational Therapists work to return the patient to his/her highest possible level through exercise, activities and recommendations for adaptive equipment to help the patient live more independently. The Occupational Therapist at SVRMC has a certification in Hand Therapy and specialized training in the management of lymphedema. For more information on occupational therapy, contact Jack Griffin, Director of Rehab Services, at 434-348-4875.

With years of experience and commitment to quality, the goal of the Physical Therapy Department at SVRMC is to relieve pain, gain mobility and restore the patient to his/her normal activity.
