Regarding Problem Resolution
If you feel you have exhausted all means of expressing your concerns to the staff and leadership of this facility, and want to file a complaint with the State of Virginia Center for Quality Healthcare Services, you may contact them a 800-955-1819.
You also have the right to express your concerns about patient care safety to hospital personnel and/or management.
