Admitting
In order that Southern Virginia Regional Medical Center may be in compliance with Title VI, Civil Rights Acts of 1964, all patients being admitted to the hospital will be assigned a room and bed on the basis of space available and without regard to race, color, national origin, or handicap. Failure of the hospital to comply with federal laws may result in a withdrawal of federal funds for services rendered to patients receiving governmental assistance.
